Muay Thai / Kickboxing

Muay Thai also known as Thai boxing is the national martial art of
Thailand. Muay Thai is referred to as the “King of the ring” because of the incredible power & conditioning of the Thai boxer.

Dating back hundreds of years, Muay Thai was a warrior art in which Thailand trained all their military. Later, it was developed and refined to a ring sport where combatants test their skills in the competition arena (boxing ring).

Muay Thai uses the hands, elbows, knees, shins & feet as its striking weapons. It primarily focuses on power, strength and phenomenal conditioning on the body, thus making it a devastating and powerful art.
